Behold the SonyPSP Go! These pics leaked last week, well before the official announcement at E3 2009. As you see it looks pretty close to the earlier concept. Here's waht we know about it:

The LonMID M100 by NFS-HLJ is a new Linux-based MID. It's still a prototype, but has good potential. Not only does it support Wi-Fi allowing you to go online from virtually anywhere, it's also bundled with an integrated cellular handset on the back of its display.
The new Viliv S5 MID will be available for limited pre-order (200 units expected) in the U.S. from April 27th till May 8th, when the official release will take place. The device will be priced from $599 and will be bundled with $135-worth of accessories. Features include:

Those who have the slim & shiny HP dv2 laptop, you should consider buying this small addition to it. It is the new HP external Blu-ray drive, a greatly designed peripheral, which blends in perfectly with the laptop. Take just one look at it, and you're sold.
Just to let you know, Samsung has recently unveiled its latest digital photo frame, a 9” (8.7) device called SPF-87H. It comes with a 800x480 resolution display and 1GB of internal memory.

A-DATA has announced its new 2.5" SATA-II solid state drive, the SDD 300 Plus. It will be available in 32GB, 64GB, 128GB and 256GB capacities, and will reportedly provide read/write speeds of up to 250MBps/160MBps, which is about twice as faster as the usual SDD.
Viliv's anticipated S5 MID is now available for pre-order in Korea. There are three models available S-LOG, I-LOG and F-LOG, and their common specs include:
Intel Atom Z520 1.33GHz processor;
1GB RAM;
4.8" display at 1024 x 600 (800 x 600 resolution on S-LOG);
60GB HDD;
Wi-Fi and Bluetooth connectivity;
