Acer TravelMate Timeline 8571, 8471 and 8371 ultraportable Notebooks

Acer has revealed its latest range of business ultraportables, the Acer TravelMate Timeline series.  The only difference between the models is their size: 13.3" for 8571, 14.1" for 8471, and 15.6" for 8371.

Shared features include:

• Intel’s Core 2 Duo processor;
• 4GB of memory;
• Intel GMA 4500MHD graphics;
• Biometric security;
• DVD burner;
• Wi-Fi a/g/n and Bluetooth;
• Gigabit ethernet;
• HDMI port;
• Three USB 2.0 ports;
• Multiformat memory card reader;
• VGA;
• Audio in/out;
• Battery life is up to 8 hours;
• Windows 7 (Windows XP CD included)

The new Acer TravelMate Timeline notebooks are available now at prices ranging between $899 and $999.
