Dell Inspiron Z family Launched

Dell has launched a new series of full-featured laptops called the Inspiron Z. The new family will offer enhanced portability combined with high end features. The first two models in line are the Inspiron 14z and Inspiron 15z, available now for $599 upwards.

Shared features include:

• 1" in thickness;
• 6-cell battery lasts around 8 hours when you’re operating in “airplane” mode;
• DVD burners;
• Webcams;
• Wi-Fi adapter;
• Cinematic 16:9 HD displays;
• Up to 8GB of RAM;
• 500GB hard drive;
• “ExpressCharge” technology (charge the battery by up to 80% capacity in just an hour)
