Toshiba Unleashes Two Dynabook Satellite PXW's in Japan

Toshiba has launched their new Dynabook Satellite PXW Series of laptops in Japan. It includes two models, the PXW/55GW and PXW/57GW.

The PXW/55GW comes with:

- 15.4" WXGA (1280x800) LCD
- Intel Celeron 575 (2GHz) CPU
- Intel GL40 Express chipset
- 2GB of memory (up to 4GB)
- 160GB HDD
- DVD Super Multi Drive
- Wi-Fi b/g/n
- Multi-card reader
- 3 x USB ports

It costs around €800.

The PXW/57GW features:

- 15.4" WXGA (1280x800) Super View LCD
- Intel Core 2 Duo P8400 (2.26GHz) CPU
- 2GB of memory (up to 4GB)
- 160GB HDD
- DVD Super Multi Drive
- Wi-Fi b/g/n
- Multi-card reader
- 3 x USB ports

The price is about €930.
