In fact it is digicam with video recording capability, but specwise it should have been released a few years back. I mean, the device is tiny, yes, but its 1.3Mpix sensor just won't do today, the 1.5" LCD display is bad for your eyes, and we would certainly prefer an SDHC slot instead of the regular SD.
 
Despite all this, if the device is cheap... really cheap, we might even consider buying it.
