It will be integrated directly in mainboards, and is no larger than a post stamp. The memory capacity ranges from 4GB to 64GB, with read and write speeds going up to 160MB/s and 100MB/s, respectively.</div>

The new SDXC cards will use Microsoft&rsquo;s exFAT file system and will be compatible with a wide range of PCs, consumer and mobile electronics.
