SanDisk has announced the
integrated SSD (iSSD), which they claim to be the the smallest 64GB variant in the world. It will be integrated directly in mainboards, and is no larger than a post stamp. The memory capacity ranges from 4GB to 64GB, with read and write speeds going up to 160MB/s and 100MB/s, respectively.
Unfortunately, we can't say with certainty when the first devices incorporating this new chip will hit the market.
