SD memory cards to come in 2TB capacities!

 

altOn Wednesdy at CES 2009 the SD Association announced its new SDXC specification, which will allow for up to 2TB of storage capacity and read/write speeds up to 104MBps (with future expansion up to 300MBps) for SD memory cards! The new SDXC cards will use Microsoft’s exFAT file system and will be compatible with a wide range of PCs, consumer and mobile electronics.
