BenQ Aries2 MID to be Available in Europe

BenQ announced it will soon release its new Aries2 mobile Internet device in Europe. Features of the gadget include:

- Intel Atom 800 MHz CPU
- 512MB of RAM
- 4GB of SSD
- 4.8" WXGA (800x480) touchscreen
- HSDPA connectivity
- Wi-Fi b/g
- Bluetooth 2.0

The price is yet unknown.
