iNAVI ES100+ is a new "low-end" GPS navigation device from Korea. It will be launched on July 21 with a price tag of 399,000KRW (~$399) for 2GB, 449,000KRW (~$449) for 4GB, and 499,000KRW (~499) for 8GB models.
