New Ultra-Fast 256GB SSD from Samsung

Samsung has announced a new 256GB Solid State Drive, "the world's fastest and largest capacity 2.5", MLC-based SSD with SATA II Interface." Read/write speeds are 200MB/s and 160 MB/s, respectively. It should be available in September, and will come into mass production starting next year, also in 1.8" version, We expect a price of around $4000 a piece in autumn.
