The
Ricoh G600
is a new solid compact digital camera, destined to replace the older
G500. It is water-proof (1m max), dust-proof, and shock resistant (1.5m
max), and features a 10Mpix CCD, ISO from 64 to 3200, 2.7″ LCD, 5x
optical zoom, video capture (VGA at 30 fps), and 52MB of on-board
memory. Unfortunately, with the price tag of ?350, or almost $700 the
camera seems a bit overpriced, don't you think?
