Novatel Unveils Ovation MC992D GPS-enabled HSPA modemNovatel presents the new Ovation MC992D HSPA modem with GPS. This small USB device supports HSPA, WCDMA, EDGE and GPRS networks and is capable of providing high-speed Internet connectivity (up to 7.2 Mbps/down and 5.76 Mbps/up) almost anywhere in the world. It measures just 70×25x13.5 mm and integrates a GPS chip that makes retrieving location data and using GPS-based applications possible.
