O’Neill Europe and
MyGuide presented the
NavJacket
- a Gore-Tex jacket with an integrated GPS navigation system. This one
is meant for those who spend their vacation in mountains, and has a
flexible screen on the sleeve and the audio instructions in the hood.
NavJacket provides information about the speed, distance, route, and
weather forecasts. It is also able to connect to your mobile handset
and display 3D views of the resorts and their POI's. The friend finder
function comes as an addition to the above-listed features. The
NavJacket is a part of the O’Neill Fall/Winter 2008/09 collection and
will be available this winter season.
There's always the GPS navigator for skiers, that is if you can't wait for the jacket.
