Asus U6E and U6S Ultra-portable Laptops Now Available

In order to distract the heightened attention of customers from its Eee PC, Asus has released two ultra-portable laptops called U6E and U6S. This is a good alternative to the Eee PC, and besides a more powerful one.

U6E and U6S features:

- 12.1" with 1280 x 800 resolution
- 2.2 GHz Intel Core 2 Duo CPU
- 2GB RAM
- 160GB hard drive
- DVD super multi drive
- VGA webcam
- Integrated sound and speakers
- Fingerprint scanner
- Windows Vista Business OS
- Intel GMA X3100 integrated graphics or NVIDIA GeForce 8400M G 128MB VRAM (U6S)

Both U6E and U6S currently retail for $1,749 and $1,799 respectively.
