No More HP Digicams

HP announced it will exit the digital camera market and will focus on its Print 2.0 strategy. This decision was influenced by a huge decrease in market share during the past several years, from 15%, the number 3 position in 2001 down to to 4%, the number 8 position in mid-2006. Despite that, the company still has plans on future design licencing and distribution of digital cameras.
