Cowon has recently announced that its
iAudio 7 player will soon be available in a 16GB model. Same goes to
Cowon D2 PMP, only it will feature 8GB of internal memory, expandable via a 8GB SDHC card. The prices are ?235 and ?330 respectively. Of course, Cowon's players can't compete with the 80GB HDD iPod, but as you know flash memory provides more stability and you won't have to worry about losing data. Hopefully, one day flash memory will fully replace hard disks.
