The Olympus MJU 760 digicam can be taken out in the rain, but it is not the best one though.
The camera has a good focus, sharpness is at an acceptable level, but could be better, purple fringes on pictures are rather visible. Thus, overall photo quality isn't impressive. Anyway, the choice is yours.
