Samsung's New Hi-Res LCD with Brightness Auto Adjust Option

 

Samsung has recently announced a 2.1" LCD panel with sensors that automatically adjust brightness using Samsung’s Adaptive Brightness Control (ABC) technology. ABC is an ultra-thin black matrix integrated in the display structure.

This LCD panel provides QVGA resolution, but consumes 20-30% less power than other displays with the same parameters, and also has a temperature gauge which keeps the LCD at a constant temperature.
