The new HTW S116 Solar Powered Phone can be charged with sunlight. The phone's solar cells help charge its lithium-ion battery providing you with 20-25 mins of talk time after 40 minutes of recharging.
The device measures 47.6x84x0.8 mm, and has a 320x240 QVGA display, a 1.3 Mpix digicam, and an external memory card slot.
HTW S116 will be available in the Chinese market next month.
